Yes — for custom products you can specify requests such as the order of the charms in the comment field.

No problem – simply specify the desired length in the comment field, and we will customize the necklace for you.

Delivery within Germany typically takes 2-4 business days, while shipments within the EU usually take 2-8 business days. Worldwide delivery can take from 7 to 20 business days.

You can cancel your order within 14 days. Simply send a message to our customer service via email or the contact form on our website. You can also register a return in your account. A refund is no longer possible after this period.

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, contact our customer service, who will guide you through the return process.

The statutory warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery. Within two years of receiving the goods, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or, if necessary, a refund. Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered.
