The most important things at a glance:

• The first charge will be made immediately after your purchase
• Your subscription with Meadory can be cancelled flexibly at any time
• The subsequent monthly charges will each take place on the 1st of the month
• Your piece of jewelry will then be carefully packaged and shipped from Hamburg between the 2nd and 5th of the month

Note: The cut-off date for your monthly jewelry subscription is the 1st. If you subscribe after this date (e.g., on the 2nd), you will only receive your first delivery in the following month.

How can I change my delivery address?

Simply log in to the customer portal, go to your subscription, and adjust your shipping address in the menu on the right side. The change will be automatically applied to your next delivery.

How can I skip a payment?

You can easily skip or postpone your payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, you will find the "Skip payment" option.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Your Meadory subscription is flexible at all times: you can pause it or cancel it completely in the customer portal. Simply log in with the email address you used for your order.

What happens if a payment cannot be processed?

If a payment is unsuccessful, you will receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. If no update is made, the amount will be automatically attempted to be debited twice more. After that, your subscription will be terminated.
